How to quite smoking using hypno - theropy

Many people throughout the word have some kind of problem that they want to overcome. Most people want to become more confident, others want to put an end to an addiction such as smoking and others want to be better public speakers or get over a fear, the list is endless. All of these scenarios should very difficult to overcome. A lot of willpower, confidence or emotional stress is needed so that you can challenge one of these issues head on.

However, their is an easier way that works a lot of the time, hypnosis. A hypnotherapist can help you get over any problem you face. Hypnosis works by altering your subconscious. First you are put into a relaxed yet concentrated stated just like when your driving, reading a really interesting book or watching a really great film. Once your are in that state of mind your subconscious which harbors all your fears, anxieties etc becomes more accessible. The hypnotherapist then gives instructions to help you. They can help you become more confident by demonstrating that you should not fear what other might think of you, or help you quit smoking by changing how you view smoking and cigarettes. All a hypnotherapist really does is show you something (ie cigarette) or a situation (ie speaking in public) in a new light. You are re calibrated in a way so that you can start off fresh and your fears or anxieties will be lessened or even totally gone. It is well worth your time in pursuing something like this. How to Stop Smoking

Like many of you reading this articles I have tried giving up smoking many times. I started smoking when I was a teenager, around 14/15 years old and since my mid 20s (Im 34 now) Iv tried several ways to quit smoking. I just got tired of being out of breath and smelling of smoke and having to smoke outside in the snow. I also wanted to stop so that my kids wouldn’t be effected by the 2nd hand smoke.
I tried a few different method to quite. I gave them up cold turkey which was extremely difficult. Most people say it’s the best way but I seriously underestimated how much will power was needed to make it work. I also tried gum and patches but they didn’t work. The longest I ever lasted was a couple of weeks.
Then I discovered hypnosis while online. I never really thought about it before but this guy was aimed straight at smokers and getting them to quit. I wasn’t sure what to expect bit I went with it anyway and it worked great. When I looked at or even thought about cigarettes I didn’t think of them in the same way, it was amazing. They just didn’t appeal to me anymore. Their was still a bit of will power needed but not a lot. I mainly just had to get out of the habit of buying a pack every time I went to the store.
